DOE & Sandia Reporting Requirements Effective October 31, 2022

The DOE and Sandia Reporting Requirements of Security Interest have been updated. Key changes effective Monday, Oct. 31, include requirements for all clearance holders and applicants to report all personal foreign travel plans to any country, delinquency of debt more than 120 days and unusual infusions of assets greater than $10,000 such as inheritance or winnings.

SEC150 Virtual Comprehensive Security Briefings Now Available for Enrollment
*** Announcement – March 4, 2022***
As of March 1, 2022, Members of the Workforce must participate in a virtual SEC150 Comprehensive Security Briefing with the SNL/NM or SNL/CA site prior to accessing classified information, matter, or areas, and/or receiving a cleared badge.
- With access to the Sandia Restricted Network (SRN), click here to locate available virtual SEC150 briefing sessions.
- Without SRN access, contact your training coordinator for assistance with enrollment, and if additional assistance is required, email securityed@sandia.gov.
If they have already completed a SEC150 pdf booklet as an equivalency, they are not required to attend a virtual briefing, but they have the option to enroll.
If they are unable to participate in a virtual SEC150 briefing, send an email to securityed@sandia.gov for other completion options.

FSO Virtual Workshop Registration

Registration for the 2-day Facility Security Officer Virtual Workshop in February is now open!
Tuesday, February 22nd (Day 1) of the workshop is hosted by Honeywell FM&T (KCNSC) in collaboration with Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories (LLNL), Los Alamos National Laboratories (LANL), and Sandia National Laboratories (SNL). Presentations will provide instruction from various subject matter experts regarding the FSO role, and related responsibilities. Wednesday, February 23rd (Day 2) of the workshop is hosted by Sandia National Laboratories. Presentations will be provided by Sandia Safeguards and Security subject matter experts.Microsoft Teams will be used for Day 2 of the workshop. FSO’s will be sent a meeting invitation for Day 2 of the workshop.
