The Sandia Mass Storage Systems (SMSS) team supports powerful, next-generation storage solutions for retention of critical data. The systems that enable this retention are equipped to process and house data at an extreme scale. This means petabytes, or potentially even exabytes, of data movement and storage.
We also provide the technical tools, resources, and expertise to assist with High Performance Computing data transfer, management and archival. These services and software tools are utilized throughout Sandia and the Tri-labs nuclear complex.
