Connect from a personally owned computer
IMPORTANT! Never use your badge with a personally owned computer. Use only a YubiKey containing badge or PIV-C credentials.
Launch a DaaS session
Log on to your DaaS virtual desktop by launching the Omnissa Horizon Client on your personally owned computer and signing in with your YubiKey containing badge or PIV-C credentials.
Use web versions of Office apps
Log on to the Microsoft 365 portal with your Sandia email address and authenticate with MS Authenticator. You can then access Outlook, Teams, and all the other web-based Office apps.
Sign on to internal sites
Type the normal internal URL (if you know it) or go to Inside Sandia. When prompted, authenticate with MS Authenticator or a YubiKey.
Connect from a Sandia-owned computer
Use ZPA or log on to the VPN
If Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) is enabled on your computer, simply begin working. No VPN connection is needed. Otherwise, launch a VPN connection and sign in with your badge or a YubiKey containing badge or PIV-C credentials.
