Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan for the Facility LAMP Project
A site-specific Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) is needed for most construction activities/projects that disturb one (1) acre or more of land to meet the requirements of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated With Construction and Land Disturbance Activities (General Permit) issued by the State Water Resources Control Board (State Board).
