Analysis of Wireless Transmission of Power for Physical Security Use
In cases where building infrastructure is both costly and possibly hazardous, it is advantageous to seek new methods of transferring and transmitting electrical power. It is the goal of this report to study the current available technologies used in transmitting power with no physical connection between the source and load; and to discuss their feasibility, reliability, efficiency, and safety requirements for use in the field.
