If you have an active DOE badge
Please let the training coordinator know you have an active badge.
If you are from another lab, please stop by the Sandia Badge Office to ensure your pin works.
If you need a Sandia badge
If your unit does not have access to DISS, submit a DOE Form 5631.20 to:
- ML Training Registration ml_tr@sandia.gov and
- NM Classified Visits incoming@sandia.gov
If your unit has the capability to submit your clearance through DISS, please submit your information into DISS, complete the Sandia Badge Request Form, and send to:
- ML Training Registration ml_tr@sandia.gov
You will receive an e-mail once your badge is approved.

Medical Devices (MedPED):
Please contact Military Liaison’s OAA for information. You must have your MedPED device approved by Sandia before you attend class.
NOTE:
Badge recipient(s) must provide proof of identity at the time of badge pick-up. If a driver’s license (DL) or state-issued identification (ID) card is used for this purpose, it must be from a state/territory compliant with the REAL ID Act of 2005. Non-compliant DLs or IDs will NOT be accepted; an alternate photo ID will be necessary. Refer here for more information, including the most current list of non-compliant states/territories.
