Biography
Ryan Clarke joined Sandia National Laboratories in 2020 and is a member of the Wind Energy Design and Experimentation Department. He supports the Blade Reliability Collaborative and the Big Adaptive Rotor project by developing structural health monitoring solutions and performing advanced composite strength analysis respectively.
Ryan received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from Montana State University (MSU). At MSU, he developed numerical material models for prediction of carbon fiber composite material failure for his graduate work.
