Biography
Rip V. Winckel is an Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator supporting Sandia National Laboratories’ Concentrating Solar Power program and the National Solar Thermal Test Facility. Rip is experienced in Program Risk Management, Primary Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessments, Environmental Management Systems, Industrial Hygiene Surveys, Hazardous Materials Management, and Facility Security Operations.
Over the past 32 years, his diverse environmental health and safety and security background has helped to support industries within the Department of Defense, Department of Energy and National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
