
Eric Wallace is a Senior Member of the Technical Staff in the Center for Global Security and Cooperation at Sandia National Laboratories, where he conducts systems research and analysis on arms control, nonproliferation, and deterrence topics. In this capacity, Eric led studies on the future of strategic stability and arms control in the emerging two-peer strategic environment and understanding escalation dynamics within integrated deterrence. Eric also develops risk and decision analysis models of CBRN materials and associated facilities to inform international engagement strategic decisions.
Previously at Sandia, Eric co-chaired Middle East track-two discussions focused on nonproliferation, arms control, emerging technology, and regional security issues; and delivered international training programs on nuclear security culture, insider threat mitigation, and human reliability/trustworthiness programs. Eric holds an M.A in Political Science from the University of New Mexico, and B.A.s in Biology and History from the same institution.
