The Nuclear Deterrence (ND) Mission Technologies Intern Program – MissionTech – is a direct pipeline to full-time employment at the Labs. Imagine contributing to an engineering project such as designing and qualifying electro-mechanical components in our extreme environments lab to withstand the voltage of a lightning strike or configuring signal processing algorithms for a virtual ground station that can instantly analyze and visualize terabytes of data collected from test flights.

Sandia’s interns are an integrated part of the team. You will work on real projects with real deliverables and real national security implications.
