ALEGRA has been designated as unclassified Export-Controlled Information (ECI). ECI is information that could be militarily useful, lead to nuclear proliferation, adversely affect national security, or contribute to technological superiority if disseminated to foreign nationals or countries. For this reason, ALEGRA may only be licensed to U.S. Government agencies or to entities working under contract to U.S. Government agencies. The latter must also have an active form DD2345 on file with the Defense Logistics Information Service.
