ALEGRA source code is controlled using the Git revision control system. It has continuous integration testing activated upon merge requests, and a repository of approximately 4,000 regression tests that are run nightly on a variety of workstations and high performance computing (HPC) systems as part of an automated build and test system. These test results are posted to a dashboard and monitored. Weekly performance testing is also done on HPC systems. These results are archived in a git repository and are also monitored on a dashboard. The ALEGRA project also maintains a repository of over 50 publications in the subject of verification and validation and uncertainty quantification.
