As the Growth leader for Peraton’s Defense Mission and Health Solutions Sector, Mr. Love is responsible for developing alignment with Peraton capabilities to support customer needs and managing all aspects of strategy and business development to expand the company’s support to the defense and health communities.
Prior to joining Peraton in April 2022, Mr. Love has spent 22 years with Northrop Grumman in roles of increasing responsibility providing program management, technology development, business development and strategic planning leadership in support of organizations that deliver innovative, responsive and cost effective solutions for defense and intelligence.
Mr. Love’s Northrop Grumman experience included managing business development and strategy efforts for the Cyber Intelligence Mission Solutions Division, Networked Information Solutions Division and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Division; managing business development for geospatial efforts supporting non-government agencies, the Department of Defense and National System for Geospatial-Intelligence customers; and standing up an innovative technology team focused on creating and maturing disruptive technologies to support emerging customer requirements. Mr. Love also worked as the program manager for multiple intelligence community programs and was the technology lead for the company’s intelligence operating unit.
Prior to re-joining Northrop Grumman in 2004, Mr. Love worked as a technical program manager for the Titan Corporation where he managed a variety of projects for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency and the National Reconnaissance Office.
Mr. Love is a certified Project Management Professional, has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Science in Technology Management from the University of Maryland University College.
