President, Control Systems, Honeywell
Rich DeGraff serves as president of Control Systems for Honeywell. As a key member of Honeywell’s Aerospace Leadership Team, he reports directly to the president and CEO of Aerospace.
In his role as president, Mr. DeGraff leads a team that delivers an array of mechanical products and value-adding services to customers including aircraft manufacturers, operators and U.S. government agencies. The business specializes in development and manufacturing of air and thermal systems, mechanical components and cutting-edge wheels and braking systems, with an emphasis on electrification.
Before rejoining Honeywell in 2023, Mr. DeGraff held the position of Senior Vice President, Accelerated Industries at Salesforce.
His Honeywell career began in 2004 when he joined the Integrated Supply Chain, Global Strategy and Integration organization. Over 16 years, he held various leadership positions, showcasing a progression of responsibilities in operations, strategic planning, business development, customer and product support, as well as marketing and product management.
Mr. DeGraff earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Arizona and his Bachelor of Science in business administration from Arizona State University. He holds certifications as a Lean Expert, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Program Management Professional.
