Carolina Coll is an experienced lawyer and trusted executive leader serving as new General Counsel for Advanced Connected Sustainability Technologies (ACST) within Honeywell/Aerospace/Federal Solutions. She manages an in-house legal team and provides advice and counsel to Honeywell International, the Corporate Compliance Team, Honeywell Aerospace, and Honeywell Federal Solutions/ACST on a variety of matters.
Prior to joining Honeywell, Ms. Coll was the founder and CEO of C- SQUARED Strategy LLC, a strategic advisory and management consulting firm that provided advice and professional services to C-suites in the defense and national security sectors.
Ms. Coll brings to bear 26 years of federal service, including service in the
U.S. Army and U.S. Intelligence Community. Prior to starting her own consulting business, Ms. Coll had served more than three years as the Deputy General Counsel for Management in the Office of General Counsel (OGC), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and as Principal Deputy General Counsel in the Office of the General Counsel, Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) from 2017 to 2019. She also served as the CIA’s Chief of Corporate Policy from 2015 to 2017 and held several attorney-advisor positions within CIA/OGC from 2005 to 2015. Prior to joining CIA, Ms. Coll was an international trade associate at a law firm in Washington D.C.
Ms. Coll is an inaugural member of the Next Gen National Security Leaders mentoring program at Georgetown University Law Center, a member of the Advisory Committee to the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Standing Committee on Law and National Security, and a participant in Women in National Security Law. Ms. Coll was awarded the Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal.
Ms. Coll earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Military Academy and her Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center.
