Rebecca Sidelinger, Chair, Board of Managers

Rebecca Sidelinger is a member of the Honeywell Aerospace leadership team and President of the Mechanical Systems & Components Strategic Business Unit. In this role, she is responsible for running a $3.5B business unit consisting of four business enterprises: Air & Thermal Systems, Mechanical Components, Wheels & Braking Systems and Honeywell Federal Solutions.

Prior to her current role, Sidelinger served as Vice President and General Manager of the Safety Systems Gold Business Enterprise, which comprises aircraft navigation radios, traffic and surveillance systems, weather radar and lighting, and generates more than $1B revenue annually.

Since joining Honeywell in 2011, Sidelinger has held a range of leadership positions, including Vice President and General Manager of Electric Power & Lighting. She also led the Satellite Communications and Propulsion Engine product lines for Honeywell Aerospace.

Prior to joining Honeywell Sidelinger spent 25 years in leadership positions with General Electric Transportation Systems and G.E. Motors.

Sidelinger holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Gannon University and an MBA from Penn State University. In her varied roles at Honeywell and G.E., she has traveled to and conducted business in more than 30 countries, giving her an extensive global perspective.
