Getting Access
Domestic Private (e.g. Commercial) Organizations, U.S. Government/Contractors, U.S. Academic Institutions:
To request approval by the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC):
- Fill out and sign this non-disclosure agreement and email it to safetycodes@nrc.gov.
- If approved by the NRC, your request will be sent to Sandia for approval and processing (this may take several weeks)

International Organizations
- Approval is provided through the Cooperative Severe Accident Research Program (CSARP)
- If approval by the CSARP, your request will be sent to Sandia for approval and processing (this may take several weeks)

Download and Licensing
- Once approved by Sandia, you will be given access to the download site where you will have to create a login account at https://snltransfer.sandia.gov/webclient/Login.xhtml
- After download and installation of the software, you will create a unique license request for each computer and email it to MLR@sandia.gov to get your license key. Licenses typically expire after one year, but may be shorter for special releases.
