Through the development of autonomous vehicle controls and collective behavior technology capable of controlling swarms of robots, the Intelligent Systems and Robotics Center (ISRC) has found the missing link in making intelligent machines function in the real world.

Looking forward, the ISRC is developing increasingly robust and reliable systems with useful behaviors for military and industrial applications (such as land mine detection or chemical plume tracing).
